How much advance notice do I need to give?
We recommend placing your order at least 24 to 48 hours in advance so we can procure fresh ingredients. For large weekend celebrations, reserving 3–5 days ahead is ideal.
Do you make Jain or Satvik food without onion and garlic?
Yes! We have an extensive Jain menu with pure ingredients, strictly omitting onions, garlic, and root vegetables as requested. All curries and biryanis are prepared with pure ghee and aromatic spices.
How is the food packed? Can I reheat the trays?
Food is packed hot in heavy-duty food-grade aluminum catering trays with secure foil lids. The trays fit standard chafing rack stands and are oven-safe for easy warming.
